What You’ll Receive
Inside every Gentle Letters delivery, you’ll receive:
A handwritten-style letter – an honest letter carrying gentle reflections, inspired by the rhythms and lessons of the natural world offering comfort, encouragement, and shared humanity written as if to a friend who understands.
A 5x7 original art print – an original piece of artwork inspired by nature paired with a gentle affirmation or positive saying created to uplift and remind you of your worth
A small, written or art companion piece – a gentle affirmation, poem, quote, small work of art, or an invitation rooted in nature’s wisdom.
And thoughtful stationery details that will make opening your mail feel extra special.
How The Letters are Mailed
To keep The Gentle Letters accessible and intentionally simple, each envelope is sent with traditional US postage stamps and does not include tracking.
Your first letter will be mailed during the next scheduled mailing, which takes place on or around the 15th of each month.
Excluding peak seasons and holidays, please allow up to 1-5 business days if you’re located in the United States for your letter to arrive.
International delivery times may vary and can take 1-3+ weeks depending on the final destination and receiving country’s postal service.

Begin your journey by subscribing to The Gentle Letters Mail Club. Once you join and provide your details, your place is saved and you will receive a welcome letter by mail.
Receive a Monthly or One-Time Envelope

A thoughtfully prepared envelope will in your mailbox at the pace you have chosen—either once a month or a one-time gift. Each envelope is created with care and intention by me, offering a moment of pause & reflection inspired by nature: a letter of gentle encouragement, an original piece of art for you to keep, and a small written or art piece curated with thoughtfully designed stationery.
Each monthly delivery will be different from the last, offering new insights, works of art, and words of encouragement.

The Gentle Letters Mail Club is available as a one-time offering or a month-to-month membership. There are no contracts, minimum commitments, or pressure to stay.
You may pause or cancel your membership at any time.
