  • The Gentle Letters is a mail club devoted to thoughtful connection with the natural world through words and art. Each month, you’ll receive a handwritten-style letter, an original art print, and carefully chosen paper goods meant to offer comfort, reflection, and a sense of being gently accompanied through the season you’re in all inspired by the natural world.

  • The Gentle Letters is for anyone who appreciates nature, softness, depth, and intentional living. It’s for those who enjoy reflection, creativity, gentle encouragement, or simply wanting something meaningful to arrive in your mailbox.

  • Each monthly envelope includes:

    • A thoughtfully written letter

    • An original art print or illustrated piece

    • A small written or art companion

    The theme will vary for every month, allowing space for creativity and gentle surprise.

  • The letters explore themes on nature’s wisdom, life, and self-discovery such as self-trust, emotional awareness, creativity, healing, hope, and the small, often overlooked moments that shape our inner lives. They are reflective rather than prescriptive invitations that are meant to sit with you, not instruct you.

  • The monthly letters share through The Gentle Letters Mail Club are not available online. However, I do share reflections, writings, and occasional excerpts in the Substack newsletter.

  • To keep The Gentle Letters accessible and intentionally simple, each envelope is sent with traditional US postage stamps and does not include tracking.

  • Your first letter will be mailed during the next scheduled mailing, which takes place on or around the 7th of each month.

    Excluding peak seasons and holidays, please allow up to 1-5 business days if you’re located in the United States for your letter to arrive.

    International delivery times may vary and can take 1-3+ weeks depending on the final destination and receiving country’s postal service.

  • Yes, international shipping is available. Please note that delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

  • Yes, your personal information is kept private and is used only for fulfilling your subscription or one-time purchase. Your trust is deeply respected.

  • If your letter doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, please reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

  • Yes, you may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. The Gentle Letters is meant to feel supportive, never burdensome.

  • Yes, you are always welcome to share reflections if you feel called to do so. I would be honored to receive your letter.

  • Art Prints from The Collection—not the monthly envelopes—are either rolled or flat-packed with backing chipboard and placed in a protective, plastic sleeve to ensure they arrive safely.

    Orders will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days, and tracking is included for your peace of mind.
